Jeff Speakman’s Kenpo 5.0 North Bay Martial Arts is an amazing place! I started about four months ago and was hooked on day one. I was looking for something more interactive than the day to day routine the gym gives you, so I looked up Martial Arts and found Kenpo karate right here in Santa Rosa. The instructors are truly amazing people. They are kind, understanding, funny, smart, and really, really good at teaching. The other students are also a fun group of people to be around and to learn with. In the short time I have been practicing Kenpo Martial Arts with the wonderful people in Santa Rosa, I have come to realize it’s more than just learning karate and getting a great work out. I wish more people knew about what a difference this would make in their lives. 5 stars!
